Refund policy

Q. What is Your Return/Refund Policy?


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS. NO CANCELLATIONS.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. 

 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of all our customers.

Any item designed to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be returned.


Damaged or Defective Items

 

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To qualify:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Email intakecustomerservice@gmail.com with:
    • Clear photos and video of the damaged item(s)
    • Your original packing slip
    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Wait for our review. Once approved, we will send detailed instructions for your exchange.



Important: Exchanges will not be accepted if you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not ship any products back without our prior authorization.




Exchange Conditions

 

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Electronic items (unless covered by a manufacturer warranty) include a 30-day defective warranty
  • If your item is defective, contact us immediately for troubleshooting steps
  • A shipping fee is required for all approved exchanges
  • Exchanges will be for the same item only (color substitutions may be made if your original color is unavailable)
  • Items out of warranty or damaged by misuse may incur an out-of-warranty replacement fee



 

 

Refunds (If Approved)

 

In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A 35% cancellation/restocking fee will apply to all approved cancellations or returns
  • If an order is abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, your order will be refunded minus shipping cost + 35% restocking fee


 

 

 

Custom Fees & International Orders

 

All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the refund will be shipping cost + 35% restocking fee deducted.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed
  • Instagram & Facebook messages are not accepted as official customer service requests all inquiries must be sent via email
